| Jay Brooks is originally from the Rochester area of upstate New York. Jay started his career in working with the elderly as a Music Therapist, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Therapy with a minor in Psychology from the State University College in Fredonia, New York. After working as an Activities Director, Jay decided to go into the administrative end of the long term care services industry. After obtaining a Masters in Health Services Administration from The University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, Jay lived and worked in Kansas for 10 years as an Administrator for two different long term care facilities before moving to Ohio. He has lived here in Ohio since 1999, during that time serving as the Executive Director for Brethren Care Village here in Ashland. |

| Andy holds an Associates Degree in Applied Business with North Central State College. Andy started his career working in a long term care facility in 1998 at Brethren Care Village. Andy has held various positions in his past 9 years of employment including Director of Facilities, Independent Living Manager, and currently Director of Development and Director of Belmont Tower. During this time, he obtained his Associates Degree in Business Administration. Along with continuing his education through numerous workshops and training courses specializing in long term care, Andy's community commitments are President of the Lions Club, Chairman of the Board for the Salvation Army of Ashland, and serving on the City of Ashland Strategic Planning Process Committee. |

| Anna is a lifelong resident of Ashland and completed her BS in Education from Ashland University in 2003. Anna began working at Brethren Care Village in December 2004 as an Administrative Assistant. In 2005, she was promoted as Human Resources Specialist where she worked until 2007. Anna currently holds the position of Brethren Care's Director of Human Resources. In 2008, Anna received her MBA through Ashland University with a specialization in Human Resource Management. |

| Jina F. Amstutz has over 20 years of nursing experience. Graduating from Goshen College, Goshen, Indiana, she began her career in psychiatric nursing with a growing interest in the field of geriatrics. She has worked in long term care as a Nurse Assistant, Charge Nurse, Resident Care Coordinator, Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing. She received her law degree from the University of Akron, Akron, Ohio and has provided consultation for health care facilities and serves as an expert witness for nursing facility litigation cases. Jina volunteers her time as chairperson of the Finance Committee of the Wayne and Holmes County Mental Health and Recovery Board. |

| Mindy has worked at Brethren Care Village since 1999. She began her career here as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at the Nursing Center where she joined various committees focusing on Alzheimer/Dementia residents and became involved in improving resident's quality of life. Mindy has continued her education through training workshops and seminars specializing in long term care. In 2005, she worked as the Scheduling Coordinator for one year at the Nursing Center and then took the position as Bradford House Coordinator in 2006. Mindy accepted the 2007 AOPHA Excellence in Service Best Practice for Assisted Living Award in September 2007. In December 2007, Mindy was promoted as the Director of Bradford House. |

| Camille is originally from Van Wert, Ohio. She moved to Ashland in 1994 and has made Ashland her home. Camille has advertising and marketing experience through her work with the Ashland Times Gazette as an Advertising Executive. She has also held the position of Co-Manager while working for a national clothing retailer. Camille has long term care experience working for 5 ½ years as an Administrative Assistant in a long term care facility. Camille joined the Brethren Care Village staff as Marketing/Community Service Coordinator in March 2008. |

| Dann, a lifetime native of Ashland, began his nursing career at Brethren Care Village in 1980 as a nursing assistant. He pursued his education at North Central State College earning his Licensed Practical Nursing License in 1983 and then his Registered Nursing Diploma from Med Central College of Nursing and Ohio State University in 1990. In 1995 he received certification as a Gerontological Nurse Specialist. Dann has a wide variety of experience in health care. His forte' being geriatric nursing, he has served in a number of capacities in the skilled nursing and rehabilitation and long term care setting as well as supervised a five county home health care agency, building and developing a successful local pediatric practice, and presenting numerous lectures and seminars on various heath care topics while serving on several boards and committees in the community. Dann possesses a wealth of knowledge on long term care and skilled nursing and rehabilitation services and their correlation with Medicare, Medicaid, Long Term Care Insurance and Private Insurance coverage. Recipient of the Ashland Area Chamber of Commerce 2007 Customer Service Employee of the Year Award, he realizes the importance of choosing a health care setting and the impact it has on the resident as well as their family. Dann will assure your transition onto the campus will be smooth, efficient, and as comfortable as possible. Dann and his family reside in Ashland.

| Carrie Harpster graduated from Miami University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music. Carrie continued her studies at Miami and in 2006 earned a Master of Gerontological Studies degree with a focus in long-term care administration. Carrie spent time at Brethren Care Village as an intern in the summer of 2005 and as an administrator in training following graduation. Carrie has experience in independent, assisted, and nursing home administration. Carrie joined the Brethren Care Village staff as the Nursing Home Assistant Administrator in December of 2007. |
