Brookwood Place offers assisted living in a charming residential setting that offers one-bedroom apartments in a single floor plan. Brookwood Place allows our residents to remain as independent as possible in a supportive, home-like environment. The homey atmosphere and caring staff make residents feel like family.
Brookwood Place is certified by ODA to provide services under the Assisted Living Medicaid Waiver Program. Brookwood Place eligibility for the Assisted Living Medicaid Waiver Program is based on meeting the minimum financial requirements for the facility.
Our residents have frequent opportunities to engage and participate in community life at Brethren Care Village. Residents can participate in on-campus events held by our Life Enrichment Team and group outings off campus (when possible and where appropriate), stay active via convenient walking paths across the campus grounds, and engage with friends and family in our communal park on campus. They also have access to The Greens Bistro & Pub and can take advantage of all the benefits of our Wellness & Community Center. Our Village is a true community and year-round engagement is encouraged for all of our residents.
