What is independent living?

Independent living is for those who want the independence and privacy of a condo but without the worries of snow removal, maintenance and lawn care.

 

How big are the cottages?

The cottages are 1,200 square feet and feature a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a laundry room, sunroom and 1 car garage.

 

What makes Bloomfield Cottages different?

Bloomfield Cottages offers an Emergency Response system for all residents, including pull cords. Residents also receive a monthly wellness check completed by a nurse. Plus, residents enjoy the many amenities available on campus, including weekly outings and a full Life Enrichment calendar.

 

Can I live with my spouse?

Yes! Bloomfield Cottages are a perfect fit for couples.

 

What kind of services can I get?

Housekeeping and Companion Care are available on an hourly basis. Companion Care services include help with bathing, medication reminders, and companionship.

 

What if I want meals?

Meals are available at Belmont Tower for all Bloomfield Cottage residents. You may purchase a monthly meal plan at a discounted rate, or purchase meals individually. There is also a delivery plan available for noon meals.
